⦁ "Platform": the software application, tools, and services provided by the Agency
⦁ "Services": the functionalities offered through the platform including messaging, review management, listings, etc.

Scope of Services
The Agency provides Clients with access to a web-based platform to manage local business communications and marketing. The exact features available may vary based on the selected plan and integrations.

Account Registration and Access
Clients must provide accurate information during registration. Access is granted via a secure magic link system. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

User Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
⦁ Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws
⦁ Obtain consent from contacts before sending communications
⦁ Avoid uploading unlawful, harmful, or misleading content

Acceptable Use Policy
The platform may not be used to:
⦁ Send spam or unsolicited messages
⦁ Violate third-party rights
⦁ Disrupt the service or abuse system resources

Data Protection and Privacy
The Agency commits to processing all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Termination
The Client may terminate the agreement at any time. The Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America (USA). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California, USA.
